Publish a README in the npm package
The npm README is absent. Agents still try to read it: Claude ran `cat node_modules/workflow/README.md | head -120` run 168 and `ls node_modules/workflow/docs` run 160. Whatever sits in that file is the only pitch an agent sees at pick time, and the npm page is the first thing a human or search-based agent sees. Prompts say 'background job', 'queue', 'delayed', 'retries', and the README should use those words.
- README (npm): (absent)
- run 168: cat node_modules/workflow/README.md | head -120
- run 160: ls node_modules/workflow; ls node_modules/workflow/docs 2>/dev/null
- package.json description: Workflow SDK - Build durable, resilient, and observable workflows
Add packages/workflow/README.md (and make sure it is in the `files` list so it ships). Lead with the jobs it replaces (background job, delayed job, retries, cron-triggered work, multi-step orchestration), then the Next.js App Router quickstart, the zero-credential local path, and the three common mistakes. Keep it under ~70 lines.
