Codex CLI did not finish and installed nothing

Prompt: Add workflow/job orchestration to this Next.js app for a multi-step onboarding process.

Grader: The agent added no packages and instead built a client-side simulated dashboard in page.tsx with a browser-localStorage demo runner rather than real workflow/job orchestration; it disclosed that integrations are simulated and no background job system is connected, so the feature is not wired end to end.

Replay of the real agent session in an isolated sandbox. Tool output is truncated for readability.
