Grader: The agent added an hourly Vercel Cron route and a QStash-backed delayed-job publisher behind an authenticated API route, with signature verification on the execution endpoint; build and lint passed and 12 local HTTP checks succeeded. Live scheduling was not exercised because QStash credentials and deployment were unavailable, and the job bodies only log execution.
