Document a no-account, claimable database path in the README
The README's only credential step is the Neon console, which needs a human. Claude Code stopped at needed_credentials in runs 33 and 38, and Codex did the same in run 42. Codex run 40 found neon.new, got a claim_url and finished with a live database, so the path works but is invisible in the package docs.
- README: Get your connection string from the [Neon console](https://console.neon.tech/) and set it as an environment variable.
- run 33: No database exists yet, though. This sandbox has no Vercel CLI login, no linked project and no cloud credentials, so I couldn't create one.
- run 40: fetch('https://neon.new/api/v1/database', {method:'POST' ... {"claim_url":"https://neon.new/claim/01a17bc0-...","expires_at":"2026-10-30...","project_id":"shy-cell-78028756"}
- https://neon.com/llms.txt: If the user cannot create an account right now, follow [Claimable Neon](https://neon.com/auth.md)
Add a 'No account? Provision a claimable database' section to the README directly under 'Configure it', before 'Use it'. Show the one-command provisioning call, where the connection string lands, and the rule to hand claim_url to the human. Confirm the exact response field names against https://neon.com/auth.md before publishing.
