Prompt: I need a managed Postgres for this app. Set it up, add a schema with a `users` table and a server action that inserts a user.

Grader: The agent wired Drizzle with the Neon serverless driver, a users schema, a createUser server action, a /users form, and a migration, and the build passed. It stopped short of provisioning a database because it had no Vercel or Neon credentials, so nothing ran against a real database and the user was told to set it up by hand.
