Grader: The agent provisioned a Neon database via neon.new, applied a users table migration, and added a validated parameterized server action with a form on the home page. It verified inserts, duplicate handling, and lint and build, but hit a CJS named-export error importing @next/env in the migration script and fixed it with a default import.
