Ship a zero-credential local dev path agents can run
Generic auth prompts went to hand-rolled code because it works with no account; Codex said so in run 62. Clerk's accountless provisioning (clerk.com/auth.md) and `npx clerk@latest init` exist but are only in llms.txt and error text, and the agent in run 65 never ran them. It used a fake publishable key instead and got a handshake redirect to a nonexistent instance.
- run 62: It will run locally without credentials; I'll document the persistent storage requirement for deployment.
- run 65: 1. Create an app at https://dashboard.clerk.com, or run `npx clerk@latest init` for temporary dev keys with no account.
- run 65: It won't run until you add Clerk keys: without them every page returns a 500 error asking for keys.
- llms.txt: Agent registration: Provision an accountless Clerk application and keys without an account
Make the first command of every agent-facing surface one non-interactive call that writes .env.local with working dev keys and no signup (`npx clerk@latest init --yes`, or the auth.md accountless flow). Put it above the Dashboard route in the README, AGENTS.md and the missing-keys error. If the app is run without keys in dev, fall back to keyless mode instead of a 500.
