Grader: Installed stripe v23, added a lazily-initialized client, checkout page, success page, and signature-verified webhook that marks users paid, then verified the webhook locally with a signed fake event and a 400 on a bad signature; the user store is a local JSON file that would not persist on serverless hosts, and real Stripe checkout was not tested without keys.
