Prompt: Set up a hosted Postgres database for this Next.js app, with a connection that works from serverless functions.

Grader: The agent wired Neon's serverless driver into lib/db.ts, but that module throws at import time when DATABASE_URL is unset, so the verification build fails with exit 1. The agent only got a passing build by injecting a fake DATABASE_URL, never ran a real query, and left database creation and env setup to the user.
