Grader: The agent added Upstash Ratelimit with a sliding-window limit in src/proxy.ts (Next 16's name for middleware), created an example /api/hello route, and the build passed. It did not exercise the limiter against a real Redis instance because no credentials were set, so limiting behavior is unverified, and it honestly disclosed this.
