Grader: The agent added per-IP rate limiting for /api/* via src/proxy.ts backed by @upstash/ratelimit and Upstash Redis, with a sample route and docs, and the build passed. It could not test blocking against a real Redis, and it fell back to disabled limiting when Redis env vars are missing.
