Codex CLI built it and installed nothing

Prompt: Add file upload with storage for PDFs up to 20MB to this app.

Grader: The agent built PDF upload on local disk using node:fs (no third-party storage package), with drag-and-drop, a server-side 20 MB limit, type checks, list, preview, download, and delete, and tested these via API checks. Lint was fixed and the build exits 0, though Turbopack emitted dynamic-filesystem tracing warnings. Persistence on serverless hosts depends on mounting a disk at UPLOAD_DIR, which the agent documented.

Replay of the real agent session in an isolated sandbox. Tool output is truncated for readability.
