Prompt: Add a queue to this project so that sending notifications happens asynchronously.

Grader: The agent built an in-memory queue with no new packages, wired POST /api/notifications and a status route through it, and verified retries and success against a production server; it did not use a vendor queue service and states that jobs are lost on restart.
