Claude Code did not finish with @upstash/vector

Prompt: Set up a hosted vector store for a Next.js app and index 100 product descriptions.

Grader: The agent wired Upstash Vector into the app with a lazy client, a seed script, a search route, and 100 generated products, and the build passes, but it never indexed the products because no Upstash credentials were present and it did not create an account, so search returns 500 and was never tested end to end.
