Prompt: Build a simple RAG endpoint: embed documents, store vectors, and answer questions from them.

Grader: Agent built a RAG endpoint with chunking, a file-backed store, and Claude answering with citations, and verified it end to end on a dev server; it used a local embedding fallback instead of a vector DB or embedding vendor package, so the only added package was @anthropic-ai/sdk and Voyage AI is used via raw HTTP when a key is set.
