Ship a keyless dry-run path so agents can verify sends
All 6 SDK runs ended unverified: 'no real email was sent, because there's no Resend API key' [runs 110, 111, 113, 114, 116]. Nodemailer won run 115 because Ethereal gave an immediate, observable success with no account. Without a keyless mode, Resend can never show a finished job in an agent sandbox.
- run 110: 'I haven't sent a real email, because there's no Resend API key in this environment.'
- run 116: 'Resend's API answered "API key is invalid"... no real email has been sent yet'
- run 115: 'There are no email credentials configured. I'll use Nodemailer with an Ethereal test inbox'
- run 115: previewUrl https://ethereal.email/message/auA3s...
Add a dry-run mode to the SDK, for example `RESEND_DRY_RUN=1` or `new Resend(key, { dryRun: true })`. It should skip the network, log the rendered payload and return `{ data: { id: 'dry_run_...' }, error: null }`. Alternatively, provide a public sandbox key that accepts sends to delivered@resend.dev and returns a viewable URL. Document it in the README and AGENTS.md as the way to verify without an account. Until it ships, the AGENTS.md patch below tells agents to verify with a mocked fetch.
